1. Endorsement of Zero Tolerance Campaign
We fully support and adhere to the Government’s Zero Tolerance Campaign for healthcare workers to ensure that everyone at our practice can provide care without fear of abuse or intimidation.
2. Mutual Respect
It is essential to maintain mutual respect between patients and staff members to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Our staff always strive to assist patients to the best of their ability, even when managing multiple challenging situations. Similarly, we understand that patients may sometimes be in pain or distress, and we will always aim to handle such situations with empathy, respect, and compassion.
3. Violent Behaviour
Any form of aggressive, patronising, or violent behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes:
- Physical, verbal, or racial abuse
- The use of inappropriate or offensive language
- Making unrealistic demands
- Damaging or stealing property belonging to the practice
